Difficult

I cannot change people.
They choose to be who they are, and I have to accept that.
Moving on is hard.
So is making mistakes...



...and decisions.

Is there a lesson to all this?
Does heartache really build character?

I wish I had answers.
I wish I could say that I don't care,
that I'm strong and none of this affects me.
But that would be a lie.

Letting people go is difficult.
But holding on is even more difficult.
